After three and a half very enjoyable years as a faculty member in UT's Economics Department I moved over to the small town of Boone, NC where I am a professor at Appalachian State University. I continue to work closely with many of my colleages at UT including Mary Evans, Scott Gilpatric, Bill Neilson, Rudy Santore, and Christian Vossler.
