Professor Bill Neilson has re-acquired the rights to his textbook, Personnel Economics, and made it freely available on his website.
Personnel economics is the study of all aspects of the employment relationship, from motivating workers through compensation practices, to performance evaluation, job search, and training. Along the way it covers game theory as well as several topics from information economics: moral hazard, adverse selection, and signaling.
